Zetafonts End-User License Agreement – Personal / Non-Commercial Use
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal and binding contract between you (the end user) and Ligature S.r.l., operating under the brand name Zetafonts® (a registered trademark), with its registered office at Via Ghibellina 100, 50122 Florence (FI), Italy.

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the font software ("Font Software") provided by Zetafonts, you explicitly accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree with these terms in full, you are not permitted to download, install, or use the Font Software.

1] Grant of License – Personal and Non-Commercial Use Only
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Zetafonts grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, [b]non-transferable[/b], non-sublicensable, valid worldwide license to:

- Install and use the Font Software on one (1) personal device, by the individual user to whom the license is [bi]registered[/bi]
- Create personal and non-commercial work, including:
• Portfolio pieces (print or digital)
• Student/academic assignments
• Non-profit [i]organization[/i] materials
• Pro-bono projects for individuals or institutions
• Client pitches or design tests (if not published or used commercially)
• Social media content, Behance or Dribbble projects (not monetized or brand-affiliated)
• Contests and competitions (non-commercial only)
• Non-commercial mockups or prototypes of websites, mobile apps, eBooks, or digital interfaces (no distribution)
- Modify the outlines of the Font Software for personal, static use only. Such modifications cannot be converted into new font files.

Non-commercial work may be published, shared online and printed only if Zetafonts is clearly credited as the font’s creator and copyright holder. Font used: [Font Name] by Zetafonts
2. Prohibited Uses] ddd
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- Share or distribute the Font Software to any third party, including clients or affiliates
- Install the Font Software on shared devices or servers
- Modify, rename, reverse engineer, or create derivative fonts
- Publish or embed the Font Software in any commercial product or digital media (e.g., packaging, websites, apps, eBooks, games, videos)
- Use the Font Software in connection with open-source software or platforms
- Upload the Font Software to public servers or allow third-party access
3. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that:
- All intellectual and industrial property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights) in the Font Software are the sole property of Ligature srl, unless otherwise agreed.
- This license does not transfer any ownership rights
- Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of international intellectual property laws.
- Zetafonts reserves the right to include works using its fonts (created under this License) in its portfolio, for the purposes of showcasing typeface usage and design quality, and to publicly reference the Licensee as a client (including the display of the Licensee’s logo), unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
4. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer
Zetafonts warrants that it holds full intellectual property rights to the font software, and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
The Font Software is provided “as is” and Zetafonts expressly disclaims any further warranties, whether express or implied. Zetafonts shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits or savings
- Claims from third parties
(Some exclusions may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.)
The Font Software is designed to render the typeface consistently across standard, updated operating systems and design applications. If you experience technical issues, you must notify Zetafonts at info@zetafonts.com within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase or download, providing proof of license and a description of the issue. If the claim is validated, Zetafonts will supply a repaired or replacement version of the Font Software. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.
5. License Duration and Termination
This License is perpetual. Any violation of the terms will result in automatic termination of the License. Upon termination, all copies of the Font Software must be deleted. Zetafonts reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in case of infringement.
6. Audit Rights and Compliance
Zetafonts reserves the right to verify your compliance with this License. Upon reasonable written notice, you agree to cooperate in good faith by providing accurate and complete information regarding your use of the Font Software. If it is determined that your use exceeds the limits of this license, you agree to promptly regularize your usage by obtaining the appropriate license(s) and paying any applicable fees.
7. Definitions
- Font Software: Digital files used to render the typeface, including any accompanying documentation.
- Non-Commercial Use: Creative or educational use not linked to profit-making or commercial output.
- Workstation: A personal computing device under the direct control of the Licensee.
- Use: Installing, loading, accessing, displaying, or otherwise interacting with the Font Software.
8. Governing Law & Contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy and the EU. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Florence, Italy. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Zetafonts.
